Trigger component: MPP Media Manager process: The Media Manager component encountered an error when communicated with the cloud ASR speech server.

Cause

The response for the client request arrives after timeout.
The response for the server is delayed due to reasons such as network clogging.

Solution

Check the configuration of the the cloud ASR speech server and your cloud ASR speech server account.
Check the log files at the following location to know what caused the error:

$AVAYA_MPP_HOME/logs/process/MediaMgr/EndPointMgr.log

$AVAYA_MPP_HOME/logs/process/SessMgr/SessionManager.log
