Cause

The client does not have permission to execute the specified operation. This error code does not imply that the client request is valid, the requested entity exists, or if other pre-conditions are met.

Solution

Check the configuration of the cloud ASR speech server and your cloud ASR speech server account.
Check the log files at the following location to know what caused the error:

$AVAYA_MPP_HOME/logs/process/MediaMgr/EndPointMgr.log

$AVAYA_MPP_HOME/logs/process/SessMgr/SessionManager.log
