Cause

The operation was rejected because the system is not in a state required for the operation's execution. For example, the directory to be deleted is not empty.

Solution

  1. Check the configuration of the cloud ASR speech server and your cloud ASR speech server account.
  2. Check the log files at the following location to know what caused the error:

    $AVAYA_MPP_HOME/logs/process/MediaMgr/EndPointMgr.log

    $AVAYA_MPP_HOME/logs/process/SessMgr/SessionManager.log
