Cause

The operation was attempted past the valid range. For example, the valid service ID range is 0-10 and the requested service ID is 12.

Solution

  1. Check the configuration of the cloud ASR speech server and your cloud ASR speech server account.
  2. Check the log files at the following location to know what caused the error:

    $AVAYA_MPP_HOME/logs/process/MediaMgr/EndPointMgr.log

    $AVAYA_MPP_HOME/logs/process/SessMgr/SessionManager.log
