The trace client caught exception while communicating with trace web service with specified process.

Proposed Solution

Procedure

  1. Review failed messages in the log report.
  2. Make sure Media Server is up running, also verify httpd service is running as well.
  3. Also verify the installed S/W version are matched on both EPM and Media Server. If not, reinstall EP system.
  4. If you cannot resolve the issue from the information in the error messages, contact Avaya Technical Support.
