The trace client caught exception while communicating with trace web service with specified process.
Proposed Solution
Procedure
- Review failed messages in the log report.
- Make sure Media Server is up running, also verify httpd service is running as well.
- Also verify the installed S/W version are matched on both EPM and Media Server. If not, reinstall EP system.
- If you cannot resolve the issue from the information in the error messages, contact Avaya Technical Support.
