Problem description
{0} – Error status
The trace client requests a trace list with specified process, but receives with error status.
The error can be:
Trace not found, Null file, or File I/O error.
Proposed Solution
Procedure
- Review failed messages in the log report.
- Identify the cause of error from the log report. User can ignore the error of Trace not found (because trace may not be generated yet). For null file, the client may accidentally sent null string for trace (but should not occur). For File I/O error, this can be generated by SOAP interface due to disconnect during trace transfer.
