Problem description
{0} – Trace file name.
{1} – Process component
The trace client received illegal multi-attachments for specified trace from specified process. This error was due to mismatch WSDL interface to cause miscommunication between client (EPM) and trace web service (Media Server).
Proposed Solution
Procedure
- Make sure both EPM and Media Server were installed the same S/W releases. If not, reinstall the EP system.
- If you cannot resolve the issue from the information in the error messages, contact Avaya Technical Support.
