{0} – Trace file name.

{1} – Process component

The trace client received illegal multi-attachments for specified trace from specified process. This error was due to mismatch WSDL interface to cause miscommunication between client (EPM) and trace web service (Media Server).

Proposed Solution

Procedure

  1. Make sure both EPM and Media Server were installed the same S/W releases. If not, reinstall the EP system.
  2. If you cannot resolve the issue from the information in the error messages, contact Avaya Technical Support.
