Problem description

The trace client attempts to initialize DB interface, but caught an exception of DB Driver not found.

This could only occur at the incomplete system installation or upgrade, and consequently cause postgres driver was not installed or installed with incorrect version.

Proposed Solution

Procedure

  1. Try to reinstall the EP system.
  2. If the reinstall cannot resolve the issue, contact Avaya Technical Support.
