DB Error accessing subsystem: DB connection failed.

Problem description
The trace client attempts to initialize DB interface, but caught an exception of DB connection.
This could occur if the postgres password was changed recently after EPM is running.
Proposed Solution
Procedure
- Login to the EPM system, got $CATALINA_HOME/lib/config. Verify the modified date of the file voice.properties. If the date indicates this file was modified recently, edit this properties to verify that postgres password. If everything is correct, restart postgres service and restart EPM.
