Problem description
Error accessing data from Experience Portal database.
The row data can not be retrieved from the table. The table may contain invalid data.
Proposed Solution
Procedure
- This error message should not occur on release system. If it occurs, log on to the EPM and log into postgres database to verify the table sdSubsystem contains valid entries for Media Server. If not, try to reconfigure the Media Server from the server.
- If you cannot resolve the issue from the information in the error messages, contact Avaya Technical Support.
