Problem description
The system could not locate a TTS server that can process commands requested by a speech application.
Proposed Solution
Procedure
- On the Experience Portal Manager (EPM), verify that the configuration for the TTS servers and the language selected for the application are correct. Ensure that the language used by the application is among the languages that are supported by the TTS server.
- If your Avaya Experience Portal configuration uses multiple TTS servers, you can use the Session Web page on the Media Server Service Menu to view the IP address of the TTS server that was used for a call.
- Restart the Media Server.
