Proposed Solution
Procedure
- If this error event persists or if it is accompanied by other problems that occurred on the Media Server, restart the Media Server.
- On the EPM, verify that the TTS server configurations are correct.
- Verify that the TTS server is running properly.
- Verify that the network connection between the TTS server and the Media Server is established. On the Media Server, verify that you can ping the TTS server from the Media Server. On the TTS server, verify that you can ping the MRCP Network Address that was configured for the Media Server on the EPM.
