The TTS server failed because of the reasons indicated in the error message.

Depending on the error message, perform the following steps.

To play long TTS prompts in your application, perform the following steps:
1. Verify that the MPP is configured with the correct value for mpp.mrcpsessionrefresh.timer in the mppconfig.xml.
2. Choose a value higher than the duration of the longest prompt that the application might use.
3. Verify that the speech server configuration is configured with the correct values. The keys server.mrcp1.rtsp.sessionTimeout and server.mrcp2.sip.sessionTimeout need to be set to a value higher than the value for mpp.mrcpsessionrefresh.timer.
4. Restart the speech server and the MPP after you configure the values.
Verify that there are enough licenses and ports configured for the ASR server.
Verify that the application servers are responding in a timely manner. There could be a fetch timeout for the external grammars.
Verify that the ASR server is responding to the MRCP requests in a timely manner. The timeout value is governed by the response timeout value that is configured for the ASR server on the EPM.
