Problem description

Some emails are not delivered by the mail server.

{0} – Email connection name

{1} – Message ID/ Message number

{2} – The addresses to which this message was sent successfully.

{3} - The addresses to which this message could not be sent.

{4} – The addresses that are valid but to which this message was not sent.

Verify the configuration parameters for the email connection are correct.
Verify that no firewall is preventing communications with the Mail Server.

The server might be down for maintenance.
If the problem persists, contact Avaya Technical Support.
