Problem description

The Email Service encountered an error when launch an email message.

{0} - A configured application name in EP

{1} - The From email address

{2} - The To email address

{3} - Parent identifier

{4} – Universal Call ID

Verify that the configuration parameters for the email connection are correct.
Verify that no firewall is preventing communications with the Mail Server.
Verify that the Mail Server is accepting connections.

The server might be under maintenance.
