The SMS Service encountered an error when sending an SMS.
{0} - The request ID associated with the SendSms request and the Universal Call ID

About this task
No corrective action is required.
During SMS load (High Availability) , if one of the EPM service is stopped, internal web service logs the error but the external web service retries the operation and sends the message if there are other EPMs so the error can be ignored.
