Each Experience Portal system in
a cluster is supported by one or more media servers; the number being
configured to support the anticipated system load. When a media server
receives a call from a PBX, it invokes a VoiceXML application on an
application server and communicates with ASR and TTS servers to process
the call. Media servers are identified by name on each Experience Portal system in
a cluster. There is one row in this table for each media server in
the Experience Portal cluster.
