When using Nuance Mix DLGaaS, ensure that:
No issues are communicating with Nuance Mix. The Nuance Mix DLGaaS project must be properly configured with the appropriate credentials and channel type.
The Experience Portal and MPP servers time is synchronized with a public NTP server. This is mandatory for communication with Nuance Mix. Communication issues can occur if there are time differences between Experience Portal and Nuance Mix.
The dlg.api.nuance.com and auth.crt.nuance.com Fully Qualified Domain Names (FQDNs) can be contacted from the MPP servers. The firewalls and proxies must be configured to enable connectivity between the MPP server and the FQDNs.
