EPM pages display ??? in the fields

If one or more EPM pages display ??? in the fields, the language settings in the Web browser are incorrect.

Procedure

In Internet Explorer, select Tools > Internet Options.
In the Internet Options dialog box, select the General tab.
Click Languages and make sure that the list includes US English.
