Alarm Monitor page field descriptions

Use this page to view a summary of the alarm status across all alarm categories for either the EPM or a specific media server. For information about viewing a summary of all alarms in all systems, see Creating an alarm report.

Note:

The exact title of this page depends on which alarm indicator you selected and the media server that is installed on the server. The title also depends on whether the MPP server resides on the same machine as the EPM.

This page could be called the <EPM Name> Alarm Monitor page, the <MPP Name> Alarm Monitor page, or the <EPM Name>/<MPP Name> Alarm Monitor page.

Column	Description
Categories	The alarm category, which indicates what Avaya Experience Portal component generated the alarm.
Status	This field displays one of the following alarm status indicators: Green: There are no active major or critical alarms Yellow: There are one or more active minor alarms Red: There are one or more active major or critical alarms Click any red or yellow alarm indicator to view an alarm report containing all alarms for that category.

Click any red or yellow alarm indicator to view an alarm report containing all alarms for that category.

	Tip:
	The bottom row in the table shows the status across all categories in the system.
