Change the settings for an existing application
Change the order in which the applications are launched when a call comes in
View and configure the configurable application variables of an Orchestration Designer, VXML, and CCXML/VXML applications, and email and SMS applications.

| Launch Order |
Opens the Application Launch Order window to view and change the
application launch order of Inbound applications.

| Selection check box | Indicates which applications you want to delete. | ||||||||
Zones filter icon |
To filter zones, click this icon located at the right side of the page. The system opens the Zone filter window for selecting one or more zones. | ||||||||
| Zone | The name of the zones where the applications are configured. EP supports only one Inbound Default application per zone per launch type. | ||||||||
| Name |
The names of all speech applications and email
and SMS applications that are administered on the system.
Click the name to open the Change Application page. |

| Enable | Whether this application is available for use by the Experience Portal system. | ||||||||
| Type |
The options are:

| URI | The Universal Resource Indicator (URI), or full HTTP path, to the root document of the application. | ||||||||

| ASR |
If Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) is configured
for the application, the column displays the following:
If no ASR is configured for the application, the column displays No ASR. |

| TTS |
If Text-to-Speech (TTS) is configured for
the application, the column displays the voices selected for TTS.
If no TTS is configured for the application, the column displays No TTS. |

| Requested SIP Calls |
Displays if SIP ports are reserved for an application. The values
are:

| Configurable Application Variables | Opens a page that displays the configurable application variable defined in the application. You can use this page to change these configurable application variables. | ||||||||
| Add | Opens the Add Application page. | ||||||||
| Delete | Deletes the selected applications. | ||||||||
| Clear MPP Cache |
Clears the Voice Browser cache on the MPPs.
If you have configured additional zones on the system, you can click this button to select one or more zones in a pop-up window. The system clears the cache on the MPPs in the selected zones.

| Global CAVs | Allows the administrator to add, modify and delete user defined global configurable application variables (CAVs). CAVs are system wide variables that are not specific to any particular application or zone. |
