Use this page to change the existing Experience Portal Manager (EPM) user
roles. You can select or clear the required feature node, to assign
or withdraw the privileges to access the various pages and functions
of each feature.
 | Important: |
|
With the role based access, you can perform only those actions
for which you have access permissions. The options for performing
other actions are either not displayed or disabled on the EPM pages
for that particular feature.

Consider the following to assign or withdraw privileges:
For all the
categories, select the View Only selection
check box to assign only the view privileges for that category or
function of each feature. With view only permissions, you cannot make
changes to the values for the selected features. However, you can
clear the View Only selection check box to
assign privileges to make change to the values for the selected features.
EPM uses
the following color scheme to indicate the status of user permissions:
Red: indicates
that a user does not have permissions for the role.
Green: indicates
that a user has permissions for the role.
Yellow:
indicates that a user does not have permissions for a particular node
under a parent node.
Nodes that are children of a particular feature are considered
its dependents. Granting access to a child node automatically grants
access to parent features.
Click on the
