EPM Manager page field descriptions (view only)

Use this page to view the operational state and mode of each EPM running on your Avaya Experience Portal system.

Description

Zones filter icon

To filter zones, click this icon located at the right side of the page. The system opens the Zone filter window for selecting one or more zones.

	Note:
	The Zones filter icon only appears when you create new zones. If you do not create any new zones, you do not see the icon

Zone

The zone where the EPM is configured.

Server Name

The name of the EPM.

Type

The type of EPM.

The options are:

Mode

The EPM operational mode and the date and time that mode took effect.

The options are:

Online: The EPM is available.
Offline: The EPM is unavailable and is not being polled by the Experience Portal server.

	Tip:
	To view the date and time that this mode was first reached, hover the mouse over this column.

State

The operational state of the EPM.

	Tip:
	To view the date and time that this state was first reached, hover the mouse over this column.

Active Command

This column is displayed if one or more EPMs are currently in transition from their current state to a new user-requested state.

For each transitional EPM, this column displays the requested, or final, state. For any other EPMs in the system, this field displays None.

The EPMconfiguration state.
