This page contains the:
| Column or Link | Description |
|---|---|
| Media Server | Displays the media servers specified for the report. |
| Avaya Experience Portal | Displays the selected system if your installation has multiple Avaya Experience Portal systems that use a shared database and you selected anything other than All systems in the Voice Portal field on the Performance page. |
| Time Period | Displays the time period covered by the report if you selected anything other than All Dates and Times in the Date and Time group on the Performance page. |

Displays the following graphs in the Performance Graphs window:
All graphs show one bar for each media server. The bars are color-coded to show average and peak usage for each category. |

| Timeline Graph |
This graph displays a separate timeline for each of the following:
These timelines show the percentage of resource usage over the total period of time specified for the report. The graph also contains two additional lines representing the number of inbound and outbound calls the system was handling when the resources were at the percentage shown. The key to the right of the graph shows the call volume so that you can easily map resource usage to the number of calls. |
