Use this page to view an existing Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) server. After you save the changes, the System Monitor web page and the MPP Manager web page on EPM display the Restart Required configuration status for MPPs that are in the Running state.

| Zone | The name of the zone within which the ASR server is configured. | ||||
| Name | The unique identifier for this ASR server on the Experience Portal system. | ||||
| Enable | Whether this ASR server is available for use by the Experience Portal system. | ||||
| Engine Type | The type of ASR software engine the server uses. | ||||
| Client ID | The client authentication credentials ID for communicating with a Nuance DLGaaS engine. | ||||
| Client Secret | The client authentication credentials secret for communicating with a Nuance DLGaaS engine. | ||||
| Credentials | The authentication credentials for communicating with a Google Speech or Dialogflow Engine. | ||||
| Profanity Filter | The filter that indicates whether the speech recognition engine should filter out profane words or not. | ||||
| Audio Chunk Size | The size of each chunk of audio data, specified in kilobytes, that is transmitted to the speech engine. | ||||
| Network Address | The network address, or location, of the ASR server. | ||||
| Base Port | The port number on the ASR server to which requests for ASR services are sent. | ||||
| Total Number of Licensed ASR Resources |
The total number of licensed
ASR resources that will be used by the Experience Portal system.
Experience Portal uses this information to determine the total number of ASR resources available to the Experience Portal system. |

The languages that the ASR server
can recognize.

| Listed Directory Number (LDN) | If this field appears, Avaya Services is maintaining this Experience Portal system and an Avaya Services representative has specified this LDN for this server. |

| Ping Interval |
When a speech application requires
ASR resources, the MPP establishes a connection to the ASR server
at the beginning of a session. Because there is no way to know when
the connection might be used during the session, Experience Portal sends periodic "heartbeat" messages to the ASR server
to make sure the connection is not terminated prematurely.
This field specifies the number of seconds the Experience Portal system waits between heartbeat messages. |

| Response Timeout | The number of seconds to allow for the ASR server to respond to a request for ASR resources before timing out. | ||||

The MRCP protocol used for allocating the media processing server
resources (ASR).

| RTSP URL |
The URL of the Real-Time Streaming Protocol
(RTSP) server. The RTSP server is the network remote control for the Experience Portal multimedia servers.

| Enable Session XML |
Displays when you select the MRCP V2 option
in the Protocol field. Parameters specified
in the session.xml file supersede vendor-specific
parameters specified on the Applications webpage.

| Transport Protocol |
This field is only shown when you select the MRCP V2 protocol under
the MRCP section. The transport protocol used
for transporting the real-time data. The options are:

| Listener Port | This field is only shown when you select the MRCP V2 protocol under the MRCP section. The default is 5060 if MRCPV2 (TCP) protocol is selected while adding the ASR server and the value changes to 5061 for MRCPV2 (TLS) protocol. |
This group displays any SRTP configurations defined for the connection.
