Cannot back up to Windows file share

From the EPM > System Backup page, you can configure Experience Portal to store database backup files on a file server that is either Linux-based or Windows-based.

In the Server Address field of the System Backup page, users usually enter the IP address of the file server. However, if the file server is Windows-based, Experience Portal might not gain access to the file server with the IP address. If Experience Portal cannot gain access to the file server with the IP address, enter the fully qualified domain name (FQDN) of the file server in the Server Address field.
