This section describes the method for updating the configurable
application variables of an existing application.

To update the configurable application variable file using the
web service method, you must first upload the file to the server using
the FileUpload servlet interface and then use the web service method
to update the variable. The value specified for the file variable
is the name of the file uploaded using the FileUpload servlet interface.
