Returns the pending participant list associated with the conference call.
A pending participant is a person who is waiting to join a conference
call that is locked. A moderator of the conference call may allow
entry of a pending participant into the conference call.

Return Value
Type: ListPendingParticipantThe return value is a snapshot of the pending participants in the conference at the time the property is queried.
Remarks
During the time that a participant is pending, the same participant could also appear in
the active participants list as an ActiveParticipant whose
ConnectionStatus property is set to Authorizing.
When a pending participant is allowed to enter the locked conference call, the corresponding
entry is removed from the pending participant list. Subsequently, a corresponding
ActiveParticipant will change it's state to "connected" in list of conference participants.
Updates to the list are reported through the PendingParticipantsChanged event.
