Reconnect Method (sessionId, userState)

Sends a StartApplicationSession message to the server. If sessionId is not null then the server will try to reconnect a session that has timed out or become inactive.

Parameters

sessionId (String): The ID of the session you want to attempt to reconnect to. If sessionId is "" then a new session will be created.
userState (Object): A object which will be returned via the StartApplicationSessionResponse callback.

The Invoke Id of the outgoing XML message
