Description

The administration process encountered a system error while trying to access a file. The value of errno indicates the reason for the error.

Repair procedure

Take the following actions to determine the cause of the alarm. Contact your remote maintenance service center for assistance as needed.

• Check the file or directory named in the error message; it may be corrupted or missing.
• Ensure that the / and /usr file systems are not out of free space.
• Check for possible damaged file system (use fchk when the system is at a single user level).
• Check for possible disk or disk controller problems.
