Description
The necessary resources to handle the FAX could not be allocated.
Repair procedure
To resolve the problem:
- Go to the Feature Licensing screen (Configuration Management > Feature Licensing) and verify that the number of right-to-use (RTU) FAX licenses is sufficient.
If you require additional FAX licenses, contact your Avaya support representative to purchase them. See Feature Licensing for more information.
- Go to the Display Equipment screen (Configuration Management > Voice Equipment > Display Equipment) to determine if the card that handles FAXes is in service, channels are in service, and FAX service is assigned to the channel or channels.
- If FAX service is not assigned to the channel or channels, assign it.
