Description

The DWIP process is unable to read PRI messages from the NMS or network interface card. PRI calls cannot be processed on any affected cards that have the D-channel protocol.

Repair procedure

To resolve the problem:

1. Stop the voice system.
2. Start the voice system.
3. Reboot the system.
