Description

The speech recognition feature received an invalid response from a card or experienced a timeout in communicating with a card during call processing. Applications using the speech recognition feature will be incomplete.

Repair procedure

  1. Go to the Display Equipment screen (Configuration Mangement > Voice Equipment > Display Equipment) and check the status of IR system cards.
  2. If the card is not in service, try to restore the card yourself or contact your Avaya support representative.
  3. See Restoring cards and channels for more information.

  4. If the problem persists, do the following:
    1. Stop the voice system.
    2. Start the voice system.
  5. If the problem still persists, contact your Avaya support representative.
