Description

The Proxy Text-to-Speech (PTTS) feature failed to communicate with the voice system during call processing. Applications using the feature to read from a text file will fail.

Repair procedure

To correct the problem:

1. Stop the voice system.
2. Start the voice system.
3. If the problem persists, reboot the system.
