Description

A timeout failure occurred while performing the indicated action on a phrase. The action was aborted. This could be due to excessive load on the system or a problem with the card.

Repair procedure

To correct the problem:

  1. Go to the Display Equipment screen (Configuration Management > Voice Equipment > Display Equipment) and check the state of the circuit card or cards.
  2. If a card is not in service, try to restore the card or contact your Avaya support representative.
  3. See Restoring cards and channels for more information.

  4. If all cards are in service, assess the system load and take steps to reduce load, if necessary.
  5. See Managing IR system performance for more information.
