Alarm level

Description

All ports of the specified server are offline. If this is not a result of a change state request from a user, you need to resolve the problem.

Repair procedure

To resolve the problem:

  1. Go to the Speech Server Status screen (Feature Packages > Speech Administration > Display Status > Display Speech Proxy Status > Speech Server Status) to verify that the recognition engine server is still running.
  2. You also may use the sproxyadm command.

  3. If the recognition server is running, verify LAN connectivity to the server.
  4. See Troubleshooting speech server disconnections for more information.

  5. If there is no problem with the LAN, go to the Change Speech Server State screen (Feature Packages > Speech Administration > Administration > Change Speech State > Change Speech Server State) to change the state of specified server.
  6. If problem still continues, contact your field support representative.
