Description
The Logger/Alerter package includes the PRISM logging and alerting tools. The PRISM logging system is a general purpose message logger that is used on the Avaya IR system. The PRISM alerting system is an adjunct to the logging system that monitors the master log files. It implements thresholds, maintains active and retired alarms and provides dial-out alarming capability.
