
Assign TTS configuration screens
You can do one of the following:
- Assign Text-to-Speech system parameters
- Assign Text-to-Speech type
- Assign Text-to-Speech server
- Assign Text-to-Speech voice
Fields
The following fields are displayed by the browser:
- Base port � The starting port number. This is a number between 1024 and 65000.
- Default Voice � A valid name to use for the voice (typically provided by the voice response application)
- Ports � The number of ports supported on the system (1-48 for T1 or VoIP-only, 1-60 for E1)
- Port Supports All Voices? � Whether or not the port supports all voices. Choices are yes or no.
- Server IP address � The IP address of the server
- Server name � The name assigned to a Text-to-Speech server
- Share or Share Base Port?-- Whether or not all ports use the base port. If no, the system will auto-increment the ports, starting with the base port.
- Speech configuration file � The configuration file used by the protocol. This includes a direct path to the file.
- Speech protocol � The library to be used. This includes a specific path to the library.
- Text-to-Speech Type � A label that refers to all ports dedicated to a specific Text-to-Speech engine
