Backup scheduling screens
From this set of screens you can:
- Create backup schedules
- Delete backup schedules
- Display backup schedules
There are two backup schedules: one schedule for a full backup, and the other schedule for a partial backup. Scheduled backups are run each week.
To create or modify a schedule, select Setup Schedule and fill in the form for the Backup Type you want to schedule. You pick the time and days that the backup is performed, and indicate whether or not the voice system should be stopped before the backup is performed.
Note:
You must stop the voice system before a full backup is performed.
Fields
The following fields are displayed by the browser:
- Backup type � The type of backup you want to schedule. This can be either Full or Partial.
- Day of week � The day of the week that the backup is scheduled to run (such as Monday). You can select multiple days by using the Shift+Left mouse button. You cannot select every other day.
- Hour � The hour of the day that the backup is scheduled to run, from 00 to 23
- Minute � The minute of an hour you want to schedule a backup to run, from 00 to 59
- Stop the voice system before backup? � Yes or no. For a full backup, always choose yes. Avaya recommends the yes option for partial backups.
To remove a schedule, select Delete Schedule. Select which type of backup to remove from the schedule.
