Repair procedure

To resolve the problem:

  1. Go to the Display Equipment screen (Configuration Management > Voice Equipment > Display Equipment) to verify that all required circuit cards are in service.
  2. If a card is not in service, try to restore it or contact your Avaya support representative.
  3. See Restoring cards and channels for more information.
