Description
The channel is outside the range of administered channels.
Repair procedure
To correct the problem:
- Go to the Display Equipment screen (Configuration Management > Voice Equipment > Display Equipment) to check the administration of the channel.
- If the channel is configured incorrectly, assign the appropriate services to the channel.

- If the channel is configured correctly, go to the Feature Licensing screen (Configuration Management > Feature Licensing) and to check the number of Right-To-Use (RTU) licenses available.
The number of channels should not exceed the number of licenses.
- If the number of licenses is exceeded, contact your field support representative about purchasing more licenses.
