Description

The channel is outside the range of administered channels.

Repair procedure

To correct the problem:

  1. Go to the Display Equipment screen (Configuration Management > Voice Equipment > Display Equipment) to check the administration of the channel.
  2. If the channel is configured incorrectly, assign the appropriate services to the channel.
  3. See Channel services for more information.

  4. If the channel is configured correctly, go to the Feature Licensing screen (Configuration Management > Feature Licensing) and to check the number of Right-To-Use (RTU) licenses available.
  5. The number of channels should not exceed the number of licenses.

  6. If the number of licenses is exceeded, contact your field support representative about purchasing more licenses.
