Changing Remote Machine Information

This topic provides information on changing remote machine information.

To change remote machine information:

1. Log in to the INTUITY AUDIX command prompt screen.
   

   The system displays the AUDIX command prompt screen.

2. Enter change machine remote_machine_name at the enter command: prompt.

The system displays the Remote Machine Profile screen, page 1 for digital networking. If no machine name is entered, the system displays the Local Machine Profile screen.


 

Note: If you do not know the names of the remote machines, enter list machines at the enter command: prompt. The system displays a list of all machines administered on the system.

3. Use the Tab key or press Enter to move the cursor to the field you want to change and update the information. See the field definitions for the digital Remote Machine Profile screen, page 1.


 

Note: The Location and Voice ID fields are display only. You cannot change the information in the fields.

4. Press F7 (NextPage).

The system displays the Remote Machine Profile screen, Page 2 for digital networking.

5. Use the Tab key or press Enter to move the cursor to the field you want to change and update the information. See the field definitions for the digital Remote Machine Profile screen, page 2.
6. When you finish entering remote machine information, press F3 (Enter) to save the information in the system database.

The cursor returns to the command line, and the system displays the following message:

Command Successfully Completed.

7. Enter another administrative command at the enter command: prompt or enter exit.
