Field Name
Description/Procedure
Name:
The subscriber whose traffic information is being reported. It is the name that you entered on the command line or the name that corresponds to the subscriber's extension if you entered the extension.
Extension:
The extension of the subscriber whose traffic information is being reported. This is the extension that you entered on the command line or the extension that corresponds to the subscriber's name if you entered the name.
Date:
The starting month and year for which traffic data was collected for the report. It is the month you entered on the command line or the current month if you did not specify a month.
If you enter a month prior to the current month, each month's record is presented as an additional page (screen). Press F7 (NextPage) and F8 (PrevPage) to scroll through each monthly report record.
Ending Date:
The month, day, and year at which data collection ended.
Community ID:
The number of the community to which the subscriber belongs.
Mailbox Space Used:
The amount of message space (in seconds) that was in use by the subscriber at the end of the reporting period.
Space Allowed:
The maximum mailbox size (in seconds) that was administered for this subscriber during the reporting period.
Maximum Space Used:
The maximum amount of message space (in seconds) that was in use at any given time during the reporting period.
Space Guaranteed:
The minimum message space (in seconds), if any, guaranteed for the subscriber's mailbox during the reporting period.
CALL ANSWER
Sessions, Prime
Sessions, Non-Prime
The number of times that callers were redirected to the AUDIX system to leave a call answer message during prime and nonprime hours during the reporting period.
VOICE MAIL
Sessions, Prime
Sessions, Non-Prime
The number of times that the subscriber successfully logged in to AUDIX during prime and nonprime hours during the reporting period.
CALL ANSWER
Session Usage, Prime
Session Usage, Non-Prime
The total duration (in seconds) of calls to the subscriber during prime and nonprime hours during the reporting period.
VOICE MAIL
Session Usage, Prime
Session Usage, Non-Prime
The total duration (in seconds) of time that the subscriber was logged in to AUDIX during prime and nonprime hours during the reporting period.
