Accessing the Online User Guide

The INTUITY AUDIX Online User Guide is an interactive multimedia guide designed to teach subscribers how to use the INTUITY AUDIX telephone interface. It is a program (.exe file) that you can view on any computer that has a Windows operating system.

To access the User Guide:

1. Click this link to the Online User Guide.
   
   Your browser might display a dialog box that asks you to select whether you want to run the program or save it to your computer. You can choose to access the Online User Guide in either of the following ways:
• View the Online User Guide from the CD. Select Run the program from its current location and the program will start. No files will be added to your computer.
• Put the User Guide onto your computer. Select Save this program to disk and specify where you want to store it.
2. If your browser displays a blank page when you click the link, do the following:
   1. Use the browser Back button to return to this page.
   2. Click the Online User Guide link with the right (secondary) mouse button.
   3. Select Save link as... or Save target as...
   4. Designate where you want to save the onlineug.exe file.
3. Once you have viewed or saved the Online Guide, you might want to create a shortcut to the guide.
   
   To create a shortcut:
1. Open Windows File Explorer.
2. In the Folders list, click the folder in which you want to create the shortcut.
3. On the File menu, point to New, and then click Shortcut.
4. Follow the instructions on your screen.
