Identifies the circuit card on which the
channel resides.
For IA 770 INTUITY AUDIX, this number is always
8, since the S8300 sees the CWY1 board as residing in virtual
slot 8. The CWY1 card is actually a signal processor rather than
an analog port card, but it functions as a virtual analog port
card.

The virtual port number, 0 through 7, on the CWY1 card. |

The virtual channel number, 0 through 7, on
the CWY1 card.

The current status of the channel, as follows:
- In-service (INSERV)
- the normal state
- Facility-out-of-service
(FOOS)

- broken - diagnostics

The time and date of the last change in state
of the channel.

The associated service name or a DNIS designation
indication.

The switch extensions that correspond to the
channel.

always reads AYC41, though the board is referred to in this documentation
