TCP/IP Networking for Add-on Applications

TCP/IP is the form of digital networking supported for INTUITY AUDIX. TCP/IP networking uses the S8300's Ethernet connection, which enables the INTUITY AUDIX system to connect to a customer's LAN (by using a 10Base-T connection) and to support the following Windows-based applications:

  • INTUITY Message Manager is an optional windows application that operates with INTUITY AUDIX. For more information regarding software and hardware requirements for the Message Manager application, see Internet Messaging.
  • INTUITY AUDIX supports integration with other email trusted servers when the Internet Messaging option is purchased.

TCP/IP network access is automatically available the the INTUITY AUDIX system through the TCP/IP connections of the S8300 Media Server, and no specific TCP/IP administration for the INTUITY AUDIX system is required.
