Phone Features Description                    

Features on your IP Telephone may be set up by your Administrator in one of three ways:

• The Display Menus represent the 12 default softkey features, those features that can be accessed with the softkeys when the 4612 IP Telephone is initially installed. However, your System Administrator may substitute other features in their place on the display menus. See Menu (Softkey) Display Mode for more information on the default softkey features.
• You can access many of the IP telephone's features by entering a 2 or 3 digit code on the number pad.
• Your System Administrator may have programmed some of your telephone's Line/Feature buttons to automatically access or activate a feature when pressed.

Consult your Telephone System Administrator to determine which features are available and through what mode on your phone.
