Splits a router node in to hops.
Chatter automatically identifies and merges IP addresses that belong to a single router node. However, this functionality can fail for various reasons. The chatter node split command makes it possible for you to manually split a router node in to intermediate hops.
Important: Split nodes that were originally merged by Chatter may be remerged if Chatter determines that the IP addresses are the same device. The chatter node split command does not exclude the split node from Chatter’s automatic merge functionality.
