ANS6 includes a number of changes to the trend reports and associated data structures. The reload process will automatically update appropriate data structures to the new format. While these conversions are being processed, live trends will not be processed or available. Depending on the amount of trending data to be converted, it may be a few hours before the trend-live data is available.
NOTE: Completing the data file conversions may take quite some time: depending on the volume of existing data, this could take from hours, to extreme cases of up to a full day.
Automatic upgrading is a background processing task and will not interfere with normal measurement and optimization tasks.
If you are integrating with the SNMP capabilities of CNA, please check with Avaya support for access to the updated MIBs.
Finally, review the ANS6 Release Notes in its entirety and update your configuration as appropriate.
