Before beginning the upgrade process, you should use the copy or write command to copy your running configuration to your startup configuration.
Use the show version command to see which modules are currently installed and the show medic all command to verify that all modules are listed as up. If any installed modules are not listed as up in the show medic output, reboot the CNA system with the reload command before upgrading.
